Yukon Environmental and Socio Economic Assessment Board (YESAB) Prior to a water licence application proceeding to public notice, most project must undergo an environmental and socio-economic assessment under the Yukon Environmental and Socio-ecomic Assessment Act (YESAA). The project confirmation form and YESAB decision document must be completed and submitted as part of the water licence application.
