Operations and administration
The Operations and Administration Manual outlines the roles and responsibilities of participants in the water licensing and Class 4 placer land use operation approval process. The Manual includes the Yukon Water Board's Rules of Procedure, policies, guidelines and general procedures. It also describes the structure, function, roles and responsibilities of the Board.

Rules of Procedure
The Yukon Water Board follows its Rules of Procedure to meet its responsibilities and manage applications, licences, hearings, and other matters. The Rules of Procedure can be found in Appendix B of the Operations and Administration Manual.
