Create a Waterline account

1. Go to Waterline.
2. Accept the terms of use.
3. Select "Create an account".
4. Add the email address you want associated with this account and a password. The public will only be able to see the email address that is part of a Schedule 4.
5. Complete the form. You can go back and complete the optional fields later.
6. Select "Finish and Complete".
7. You will get an email to confirm your account.
8. Select the link in the email to come back to Waterline and sign in.
