Submit your application online using Waterline

  1. Login or create an account in Waterline*.
  2. Select "Create" from the top tool bar and select the appropriate application type.
  3. Add the required information to Schedule 4. You can skip any optional fields and add this information later.
  4. For "Permanent mailing address" you can use your sign in profile or you can enter another address.
  5. Select "Seasonal mailing address" to open additional fields to can add this information.
  6. Select "Yes" if you have an  "Agent" and add their information.
  7. You can add or remove additional water sources. If one of these entries is not applicable, add n/a to the field. These fields are mandatory and this will allow you to proceed with your application.
  8. We use "Type of undertaking" to calculate your water use fees. Select all of the options that apply to your application.
  9. We use "Quantity of Water" – to calculate your water use fees.
  10. The "Other persons affected" field is where you tell us if there are other people who will be affected. This could include your neighbors or downstream water users and identified water users. 
  11. Select "Print, save and continue". This will produce a pdf of your Schedule 4.
  12. Sign the PDF and upload it to your application.
  13. Submit your signed application.
